Specifically, the project aims at strengthening policy-making at sector level, strategic planning and policy management capacities, enhancing stakeholders’ knowledge and awareness of EU policies, legislation and regulations. Specific advice will be given to ensure the political, institutional and financial feasibility of the reforms in order to ensure their effective implementation.

Our Mission

The overall objective of the European Union High-Level Advisers Mission is to support the Government to implement its reform Agenda and in particular to assist the Government in developing the capacities required for the implementation of the Association Agreement (AA), including the Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Area (DCFTA), as well as to ensure the necessary follow-up for the post Visa Liberalisation stage.

THE TEAM OF EU HIGH LEVEL ADVISERS TO THE REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA HAS BEEN EXTENDED
A new EU High Level Adviser, on Strategic Coordination and European Affairs, joined the team of the Mission to the Republic of Moldova, thus increasing the total number of currently working Advisers to eleven.

The only Latin-script school in Tiraspol marks its 30th anniversary with EU support
The only Latin-script school in Tiraspol, the ‘Lucian Blaga’ Public Lyceum, marks in 2021 its 30th anniversary – since 1991, the institution is the only one in Tiraspol attended by pupils who wish to study in Latin script. On the occasion of the anniversary, but also to mark the approaching winter season holidays, a ceremony was organized, attended by officials from the Bureau of Reintegration and Ministry of Education and Research, accompanied by the EU High Level Adviser on Confidence Building Measures.
